A leading connectivity solutions provider in North Carolina is looking for a Production Support Technician to assist in manufacturing operations. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Cut fiber optic ribbons and cables to specified lengths.
• Use micrometers, interferometers, inspection scopes and meters for measurements.
• Troubleshoot measurement errors and process deviations.
• Keep lab tools and workspace clean and organized.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve measurement processes.
• Provide technical support to production and quality teams.
• Assist in troubleshooting test failures and root cause analysis.
• Log progress and completion of work orders in systems.
