Job summary

MOLARI Employment and HealthCare Services in Great Barrington is seeking a 1st Shift Production Support Technician to help keep the laminator, finishing, and converting lines running smoothly.

You will move and stage rolls, thread machines, perform quality checks, and work with Sheeter Operators, Material Handlers and Paster Operators to maintain safety and efficiency on the shop floor. Pay starts at $23.20/hour with generous benefits and overtime potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or up to a year of related experience or training.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to follow job procedures and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

You'll play a key role in supporting the laminator, finishing, and converting processes. Your day will involve tasks like moving and staging rolls, threading machines, performing quality checks, and keeping things tidy around the shop. You'll work closely with management, Sheeter Operators, Material Handlers, and Paster Operators to ensure everything operates safely and efficiently. Pay: $23.20/HR to start.

What You'll Do:

• Lend a hand to the Sheeter and Paster Operators when needed.
• Make sure all products coming in and out are tracked and documented.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Stick to safety protocols and follow proper work procedures.
• Keep your work area and machinery neat and hazard-free.
• Always wear the required safety gear and follow safety rules.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED, or up to a year of related experience or training.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to follow job procedures and operating instructions.

Additional Info:

• You'll need to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
