Job summary

Nature's Sunshine in Utah specializes in natural supplements and is seeking a Packaging Support Associate. You will assist packaging lines across Solid Dose, Liquid Mix, Mezzanine, and Packaging Supplies, operating and maintaining packaging equipment and ensuring accuracy in daily tasks.

You will use Oracle ERP for lot assignment and transfer, participate in cross-functional training, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in production, packaging, or manufacturing support preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain forklift certification.
• Ability to work across multiple packaging environments and shifts.
• Demonstrated proficiency with safety protocols and equipment operation.

• Provide flexible coverage and fill in as needed to ensure smooth packaging operations
• Utilize ERP system (Oracle) for lot assign, allocation, transfer, and transaction activities
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
• Participate in training across production support functions and packaging lines
• Apply basic math skills in daily operations
• Safely lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver heavier materials using appropriate equipment
• Hold and maintain forklift certification
• Communicate professionally with peers, management, and cross-functional teams across shifts and departments
• Serve as a key contributor to the success and efficiency of all packaging areas
