Job summary

Nature's Sunshine seeks a Production Support (Label Room) professional to maintain accurate inventory records, support production scheduling, and ensure timely issuance and reconciliation of labels, films, and cartons used in manufacturing.

You will collaborate with Production, Planning, Warehouse and QA, promote continuous improvement, uphold GMP and safety standards, and maintain an audit-ready environment while training teammates and communicating across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with 3 years' experience in production and warehousing inventory operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management, ERP systems, and production support processes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing procedures, training employees, and implementing process improvements.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Accurate control, availability, and compliance of labels, cartons, films, and related packaging materials critical to production success.
• Manage inventory transactions, material issuance, reconciliation, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy while maintaining FEFO practices.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, and QA to support production schedules, material availability, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive improvements in inventory management, material flow, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain SOPs, support Lean initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, GMP, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain an organized, audit-ready work environment.
• Train team members, support cross-functional operations, and promote effective communication across departments and shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production operations and achievement of company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
