Job summary

You will assess issues quickly, plan corrective actions, and communicate across cross-functional teams to drive resolution. Responsibilities include hardware troubleshooting, change documentation, and owning projects to completion while maintaining status updates with suppliers and production teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital, analog, RF and/or mixed signal testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies and/or electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, power supplies, etc.
• Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and BoMs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production and supplier issues, including troubleshooting and coordinating corrective actions.
• Maintain and update technical drawings and documentation, including preparing change packages for review boards.
• Diagnose hardware failures using a range of electronic test equipment and analysis tools.
• Evaluate defect and yield data to drive process improvements and reduce recurring failures.
• Collaborate with suppliers, create Statements of Work, and support general electrical engineering activities in production environments.
