Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Production/Application Support, preferably in financial data or banking domains.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, or Talend.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and job scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily FDH batch jobs and ETL workflows.
• Manage and resolve production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Technology teams to troubleshoot data/system issues.
