LiDestri Foods in Rochester, NY, is seeking a production support role to ensure accurate ingredients reach the production area and to contribute to safe, compliant manufacturing. This position focuses on maintaining GMP standards and assisting daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform SOPs, assist with CIP, relieve operators as needed, keep precise records, and promptly report food safety and quality issues to the appropriate personnel.

Qualificações

• Wear PPE as required (bump cap, hair net, ear plugs, beard net, Kevlar gloves, safety shoes).
• Chemical training is required.
• LO/TO certification; forklift experience may be needed.
• Basic computer and communication skills, math functions and reasoning.
• Ability to use band cutters, dump tanks, tote hoists, knife and scales.

Position Summary

Provide support and assistance to production workers, including ensuring accurate ingredients are delivered to the production area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain GMP standards at and area machinery

Required Education, Skills & Experience

• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (bump cap, hair net, ear plugs, beard net (if applicable), Kevlar gloves, safety training, and leather skid‑resistant work shoes/boots)
• Chemical training
• LO/TO certified, may require use of a forklift
• Ability to apply basic computer and communication skills, math functions, and reasoning
• Ability to use various tools (band cutters, dump tanks, tote hoists, knife and scales)

Working Conditions
