Position Summary

Under the direction of the Supervisor, the General Labor employee supports daily manufacturing operations by assembling, sorting, painting, grinding, packing, and moving parts. This role helps ensure products meet quality standards and are prepared for shipment while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Load and unload parts from the paint line.

Inspect finished parts and prepare them for shipment.

Perform daily quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

Pack materials and products according to quality requirements.

Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the plant, if certified.

Assist with assembly line work as needed.

Identify and report workplace hazards.

Complete required paperwork, both electronically and on paper.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift.

Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Ability to read and understand written instructions, safety rules, production schedules, and work procedures.

English/Spanish bilingual skills are helpful but not required.
