Job summary

Job description

Position Description:

The Production Support role is a flexible, shared resource that assists across multiple manufacturing departments. This position helps maintain workflow by providing hands‑on support wherever needed in production, including paint line, assembly, packaging, and the metal shop.

Key Responsibilities:

Paint Line

• Retrieve parts as required
• Prepare parts by buffing, sanding, and cleaning
• Hang and remove parts from the line
• Assist with paint line maintenance

Assembly & Packaging

• Wrap and package finished goods for shipment
• Label parts with computer-generated labels
• Assist with crate building and product loading

Metal Shop

• Operate preprogrammed machinery and saws
• Deburr metal parts

General

• Perform other duties across production as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read tape measure
• Basic hand tool knowledge
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Stable work history

Requirements:

• Adhere to all safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Physical Demands:

• Exposure to moderate high heat, especially in summer
• Moderate to loud noise levels
• Adequate lighting throughout production areas
