CTS is hiring an energetic and dependableProduction Support Operatorfor ourSpringfield, NJlocation. Support Operators play an integral part in the thermal spray coating process, from beginning to end.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform production functions that may include mask/deburr, grit blast/glass bead, cleanup/unmask, lube, paint, ship/receive, materials and tool crib, component balance, inspect, non‑destructive testing (NDT), chemical strip, and/or part making all while being safe in the process.
• Follow technical documents, drawings, blueprints, and/or plans to perform these functions.
• Perform other tasks as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS :

• 18+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• U.S. Person pursuant to ITAR/EAR
• Successfully pass background check and drug screening
• Dependable, detail-oriented and a drive to continuously grow and learn
