Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a production/warehouse support role in Draper, UT to ensure materials flow and inventory accuracy for medical device manufacturing. You will work with the Global Operations & Quality team to maintain clean room readiness, record traceable information, and follow SOPs to support assembly processes.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, at least two years in a medical device setting, and strong computer skills including JDE and RF Smart.

• 2 years experience related experience with medical device process.
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of JDE and RF Smart.

Responsibilities

• Review, follow and perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and SOPs.
• Enter components and materials status in JDE to ensure availability in clean room floor stock.
• Monitor raw materials supply levels for product assembly in the clean room.
• Transport products between operations and place materials in each work station.
• Prepare and distribute material kits for production.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain attendance and reliability for full shifts.

Whether your work includes strategic inventory planning, labeling, warehouse management, material handling, or any of our other supply chain opportunities, you will be making a meaningful contribution to our team and to patients all over the world.

Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:00AM - 3:30PM

How you'll make an impact:

• Review, follow and perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and adherence with SOPs, including recording traceable information on device history records and may enter information into JDE.
• Enter components and/or materials status in JDE to allow availability in clean room floor stock
• Monitor, distribute, and maintain raw materials supply levels for product assembly process in the clean room, to ensure availability as needed, including assuring all items are stored in the appropriate place for ease of accessibility, in compliance with SOPs
• Transport products between operations and place appropriate materials in each work station in the line clearance process
• Prepare and distribute material kits for production
• Perform inventory cycle counts and physical inventory counts, including resolving discrepancies
• On time arrival to work, regular attendance without excessive absenteeism, and working a full 8 hour or longer work period
• Other incidental duties: General work area housekeeping, other tasks as required by leadership

What you’ll need (required):

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years experience related experience with medical device process
• Strong computer skills, with continuously expanded knowledge of JDE and RF Smart

• Adhere to Edwards Environmental Health and Safety and Quality guidelines as they relate to department clean room medical device manufacturing

• Work in a Team environment, including exchanging information related to performing required tasks with colleagues, within and outside of the cleanroom
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and/or overtime, as needed
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
