Job summary

Henkel Adhesive Technologies Production in Bay Point, CA is seeking a full-time manufacturing leader to drive day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, efficient production and high-quality products. You will develop and mentor plant staff, lead continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with safety, quality and EH&S standards.

PreferredBachelor's degree with 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing, SAP experience is a plus, and a strong safety culture mindset is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience and demonstrated success in manufacturing leadership will also be considered.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably within a chemical manufacturing environment.
• SAP experience preferred
• Strong commitment to safety leadership with a proven track record of promoting a safe workplace culture.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and drive operational results.
