Production Supervisor

UniFirst is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Production Supervisor to join our UniFirst family. As a Production Supervisor, you will be a key player in leading the production team and driving top-level performance. You will supervise plant operations in accordance with directives from the Assistant Production Manager, company policies, and goals. We offer a 5-day work week with weekends off, immediate opening, and on-the-job training.

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00/hr

What you’ll be doing:

• Supervise and support production process flow.
• Support training of plant personnel.
• Maintain morale and safety.
• Report operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues.
• Assist with production data entry and reporting.
• Manage inventory.
• Address team partner concerns with management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. required; college degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Proficiency in practical application of fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
