Xylem is seeking a Production Supervisor for the third shift in Thomasville, GA to lead a 25-person hourly team in fabrication and welding. You will drive lean manufacturing, supervise daily production plans, and uphold safety, quality, and on-time delivery on the shop floor.

This role is critical to driving **lean manufacturing excellence**, while maintaining the highest standards of **safety, quality, and workforce performance**.Why This Role Is DifferentThis is not a hands‐off supervisory role. You will directly influence **throughput, waste reduction, safety performance, and team engagement** on the shop floor.
