This position supervises 20–25 assembly staff and collaborates with other supervisors during shifts.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise assembly activities to meet production goals while maintaining quality, safety, cost, and cleanliness standards.
  • Plan operations, optimize skill and man-hour utilization, manage materials and workflow to ensure timely production.
  • Organize and assign work, cross-train employees, and assist in their performance.
  • Ensure safety protocols, supervise housekeeping, monitor hazardous conditions, and promote safety improvements.
  • Monitor quality measures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on cost reduction, work simplification, scheduling, and manpower planning.
  • Participate in employee communication, training, and development programs.
  • Foster positive employee relations through open communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding attendance and performance.
