Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead a team in the machining and assembly of precision parts. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, meeting production targets, and maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate the production team to meet daily schedules and quality standards.
• Oversee staff development, including training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, enforcing 6S standards.
• Manage production planning, machine utilization, and capacity.
• Support Lean/Kaizen initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with other teams to resolve workflow and production issues.
• Ensure accurate updates in the ERP system (e.g., Syteline).
• Monitor and manage key metrics such as delivery performance, TPM, OEE, and consumable usage.
• Conduct regular team meetings and toolbox briefings.
• Promote teamwork, good communication, and a positive work culture.
• Address team grievances and disciplinary issues fairly and promptly.
• Manage team schedules, overtime, attendance, and leave in line with company and statutory requirements.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.
