Carwash Solutions (NCS) family has grown over the past 51 years to become North America’s largest equipment, service, and cleaning solutions provider in the car wash industry! Demand is increasing, and NCS’s De Pere, WI Chemical facility is adding a second shift. As we make this growth and transition, we are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our second shift. This role will start with a 7-4 M-Th schedule, then transition to 2pm-Midnight shift Monday to Thursday as we go into production with the incremental shift. As a Production Supervisor, you will be involved with the planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes. Successful candidates will ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently, at the right cost, and with the desired level of quality.

Responsibilities include:

• Being a champion for the NCS culture and leading the team to meet cultural expectations
• Hiring, developing, and leading a self-sufficient, high-performance team
• Fostering an on-shift safety culture that reduces risk while emphasizing environmental, health, and safety excellence
• Participating as a member of the facility leadership team, influencing strategic decisions
• Becoming a Subject Matter Expert on filling assets
• Training employees on work processes and equipment operation
• Leading root cause analysis and troubleshooting efforts
• Participating in meetings related to manufacturing goals and objectives
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, local regulations, and company safety policies
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in industry as a lead or supervisor
• Proven ability to develop employees and teams to reach their full potential
• Experience leading process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Operations or Maintenance within Paper Converting, Dairy, or similar packaging facilities
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in an engineering field such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation
