Nestlé USA is hiring a Supervisor Production to oversee sanitation programs, plan and supervise activities, and ensure continuous production while meeting customer specifications and food safety standards.
You will lead 30–60 direct reports, coordinate sanitation equipment operation, manage supplies, and collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance to improve sanitation procedures and overall plant cleanliness.

This position follows a 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM schedule, with the shifts occurring on weekends. Team members are required to work both Saturday and Sunday and will receive two consecutive days off during the week. Depending on production and maintenance needs, employees may work 5 to 6 days per week. The facility operates 24/7, 365 days a year, and schedules may be adjusted to support business demands, production requirements, and weekend maintenance activities
