Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain safety goals and a safe work environment for all employees, leading safety, housekeeping, and corrective actions.
• Lead primary employees to meet goals including safety, quality, value, morale, and housekeeping; plans and administers policies for plant operations.
• Provide employee coaching and development; make employment decisions and resolve issues through counseling processes.
• Enforce plant policies and procedures; manage department performance measures and provide progress reports to management.
