Job summary

IKO Industries is seeking a Production Supervisor in Hillsboro, TX. The role focuses on leading daily production activities, fostering safety culture, and driving continuous improvement across teams.

You will coordinate trainings, manage performance, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting. The ideal candidate has a post-secondary degree and at least five years in manufacturing, including supervisory experience, with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in industrial technology or engineering, business administration, or management.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, 3 of which in a supervisory role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with hands-on problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; Kronos time and attendance system experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a positive change to improve performance by motivating and inspiring others.
• Champion hazard identification, evaluation, and control through safety programs.
• Coordinate trainings for production employees and ensure SOP/WI adherence.
• Evaluate employee performance monthly with coaching and support.
• Maintain documentation and produce reports (production, safety, incidents, etc.).
