Job summary

Conagra Brands in Darien, WI seeks a Production Supervisor to lead and develop production team members, drive safe, efficient, high-quality operations, and support continuous improvement. You will oversee daily execution, resolve issues, and foster a team-oriented workforce delivering results.

The role features 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) on a 2/2/3 pattern, with emphasis on safety, quality, cost, and customer service outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three to five years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in food processing or food manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead production team members to achieve daily production, quality, and cost targets.
• Monitor production performance to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost standards.
• Identify process issues or bottlenecks and lead structured problem solving to resolution.
• Support daily production planning and deliver line performance against plan.
• Drive execution of standard work and daily direction-setting activities.
• Lead shift handoff meetings to share performance results, priorities, and plans between shifts.
• Provide training, coaching, and feedback for employee development.
• Evaluate performance and contribute to talent development and engagement.
• Enforce plant rules, regulations, and operating procedures.
• Support sanitation activities to maintain a clean, food-safe environment.
• Promote and support safety programs and adherence to safety requirements.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead and develop production team members while driving safe, efficient, and high-quality operations at the Darien, Wisconsin manufacturing facility. You will oversee daily production execution, identify and resolve process issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen safety, quality, cost, and customer service performance. You will foster an engaged, team-oriented workforce that consistently delivers results.

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
2/2/3 schedule pattern

Compensation

Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
