Job summary

CertainTeed Wood Center of Excellence in Strongsville, OH is seeking a Production Supervisor with experience in millwork or wood fabrication to lead safety, quality, delivery and cost improvements.

You will champion CI, mentor the production team and promote an autonomous safety culture while meeting KPIs and supporting World Class Manufacturing practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required. Post high school education is preferred.
• 3-5 years in manufacturing or 3 years of military experience is required.
• Experience in wood products manufacturing, millwork and/or finishing is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership ability is required.
• Experience in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) / Lean methodology is preferred.
• Safety experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with computer applications such as MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
