Job summary

Stoughton Parts Sales is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the production area, coordinating engineering, sales, accounting, supply chain and HR to ensure a safe, high-quality product reaches customers. You will coach and develop staff, manage health and safety programs, monitor productivity, and drive continuous improvement using the Good to Go process, ERP/MRP and timekeeping systems.

A Bachelor's degree in business management or 5–10 years in a manufacturing supervision role are

Bachelor's degree in business management or 5–10 years' manufacturing supervision experience.
3+ years in a manufacturing environment and 1–3+ years supervisory experience.
Experience with health and safety management systems, ERP/MRP, and timekeeping software.
Experience in training and development; machining/assembly background.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of the production process to coordinate departments and manufacturing line.
Communicate across engineering, sales, accounting, supply chain, HR, and manufacturing to resolve issues.
Recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, procedures, and working conditions.
Manage employees to ensure safety, productivity, and high-quality standards.
Provide coaching and development; resolve employee issues with HR.
Ensure Good to Go daily activity monitoring and accident investigations with EHS.
Track absenteeism, approve vacations, and manage timesheets for direct reports.
