Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a driven Production Supervisor to lead our plant operations team in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise production and staging, drive productivity and quality, and foster cross-department communication.

Ideal candidates develop people, coach teams, and maintain workflow with a Monday–Friday schedule. A college degree is a plus, and bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run efficiently while fostering strong communication and accountability across departments.

• Foster clear communication across departments to ensure smooth operations
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members
• Step in as needed to support production activities and maintain workflow
