Job summary

AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable Electrical Test Technician to join our Orange, CA team. You will create electrical test programs using Genesis, perform bare PCB electrical tests, troubleshoot defects, and perform rework as needed in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1 year in manufacturing, ability to read/write English, and the capacity to multitask. Compensation is California pay range $19.00–$23.00 per hour, DOE, with comprehensive benefits and weekend overtime when needed.

• 1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Similar manufacturing related industry preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a team environment and willing to cross train.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable, motivated Electrical Test Technician who is looking for an exciting and rewarding opportunity. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and show a true sense of urgency.

Essential Job Function:

• Create Electrical Test Programs using Genesis
• Perform bare PCB Electrical Test on ATG equipment
• Trouble shoot and Identify board defects
• Perform Rework as needed on PCB’s
• Perform impedance testing on Zmetrix equipment
• Perform Failure Analysis on PCB’s
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position requiring available to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends when schedule details are provided in advance.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications, Education and Experience:

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Similar manufacturing related industry preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a team environment and willing to cross train.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand 8-12 hours.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Compensation/Benefits:

California Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour USD | DOE The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
