Production Supervisor - Paper Mill (Open)
Supervises larger, more complex teams of colleagues who perform multiple types of production activities (e.g., assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, etc.). Responsibilities typically include setting goals and objectives for team members, making staffing decisions for team, and evaluating achievement of operational results. Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed. Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience, with previous supervisory experience.

Compensation Range: The pay range for this position is $81,800.00 - $139,200.00 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between 90,000.00 to 100,000.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
