LaborPRO Staffing seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, lead production teams, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency in a fast-paced facility.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of supervisory experience in confectionary, food, or pharma, strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills, and may bring experience with IFS or SAP systems in a union environment.

Formación

• 4 years minimum supervisory experience in confectionary, food or pharmaceutical environments.
• Mechanical knowledge with high-speed packaging equipment.
• Experience in a union environment is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure safety, quality and productivity targets.
• Use IFS ERP to assign schedules and coordinate lines on the floor.
• Schedule coverage for breaks and lunches and manage attendance records.
• Coordinate production flow across multiple departments to optimize throughput.
• Ensure proper sanitation, GMPs and housekeeping; relay issues to QA and maintenance.
• Lead and train associates, enforce company rules and safety standards.
• Respond to mechanical or process breakdowns and coordinate repairs with management/contractors.
