Job Title: Production Supervisor - Nights at Hennig

Description: Leads, oversees, and manages projects, leaders, and staff within the department. Responsible for solving production flow problems, following up on recuts, andons, missing parts (expediting). Manages the Daily Management board, follows up on issues, and addresses root causes. Ensures labor balancing is done daily to minimize indirect labor. Handles production planning and scheduling to meet or exceed company tact times. Ensures parts and tools are available and on time for work cells. Identifies and requests tools and shop supplies, submitting for approval. Manages hiring, firing, discipline, and rewards for production employees. Oversees production organization, safety, and 5S practices. Manages overtime, labor costs, and scrap reduction. Ensures product quality, works with the Quality department on check sheets, and ensures timely corrections and root cause analysis. Coordinates with other shift operations. Accountable for continuous staff training, setting, and meeting training goals.
