Position Overview

Role Summary

The Production Supervisor will lead a team in processing, maintenance, and warehousing at the Groveport, OH plant. Responsibilities include team training, work direction, employee engagement, and maintaining a positive work culture.

Shift Details

Supervise Night Shift: 8pm to 8am, Thursday to Saturday, with every other Sunday off. Arrive 15 minutes early for shift handoff.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop a culture focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).
2. Lead daily SQDC meetings, monitor safety, and provide performance feedback.
3. Participate in lean initiatives and support continuous improvement.
4. Manage safety, quality, and operational issues proactively.
5. Foster positive employee relations and ensure proper staffing and skill levels.
6. Collaborate with other departments and support audits.
7. Track KPIs and update SQDC boards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing or related experience, or 5 years in operations.
• Ability to learn sterilization processes.
• Strong communication, delegation, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365.

Preferred

• Experience as a team lead.
• Forklift operation certification.
