Role Responsibilities

• Ensure safety practices and compliance, audit safety procedures, and address issues promptly.
• Promote safety and participate in safety improvement efforts.
• Ensure GMP/BRC policies are followed and violations corrected.
• Conduct safety and job training, coach employees, and evaluate performance.
• Troubleshoot process, equipment, and material issues, find root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Interpret shop orders and specifications, understand production schedules, and deploy resources.
• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Recommend improvements for safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Motivate employees to meet KPIs and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate labor needs with HR and communicate shift issues effectively.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• At least 5 years of successful production supervision experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, willing to learn new systems.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and build relationships.
• Effective communication skills, adaptable to change, and conflict resolution skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
