Join SunTree Snack Foods in Phoenix, AZ, as a Production Supervisor. We are seeking a dedicated leader to oversee our production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing the production floor, including safety, quality, waste, and productivity.
2. Achieving efficiency targets while maintaining safety standards.
3. Coordinating manufacturing activities to meet production specifications.
4. Leading and developing production staff, including training and performance reviews.
5. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, including HACCP and SOPs.
6. Collaborating with maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
7. Handling employee relations, including conflict resolution and morale boosting.
8. Maintaining accurate records and reports, including payroll and safety documentation.

Qualifications:

• 2-year college or technical school, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in a high-speed, multicultural production environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with JDE and safety certifications are assets.
