Job summary

Nestlé S.A. in Hartwell, Georgia, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead on-shift teams across Meat Preparation, Processing, Retort, and Packaging.

You will collaborate with maintenance for troubleshooting and support, while driving safe, efficient operations and timely changeovers on a single production line. Qualified candidates have 2+ years in a maintenance/manufacturing environment and at least 1 year in supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a maintenance, manufacturing, military, or related environment.
• 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, military or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient on-shift production operations for one line.
• Manage the production schedule to ensure correct product, quantity and timing.
• Coordinate changeover, cleaning and maintenance activities.
• Coach and develop teams in Continuous Improvement, TPM, and leadership development.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to support troubleshooting and timely repairs.
• Monitor inventory and ensure accurate scheduling for the line.
