Wabash, based in Lafayette, IN, is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan and coordinate all manufacturing activities to meet schedule requirements and safety standards. You will supervise hourly coordinators and production staff, coach performance, and support SQDCME initiatives across the plant.

You will develop production plans, assign priorities, and drive lean and 5S improvements while ensuring adherence to company policies and training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Technology is required.
• 2–3+ years of supervisor experience in manufacturing.
• Experience identifying OSHA compliance issues and hazard control.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop direct reports.
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing, 5S and CI concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple projects.

• Maintains safe, clean work environment and audits SWIs.
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives including ECO System.
• Coordinates training and onboarding for new employees.
• Develops cross-training plans and skills matrices.
