Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to train and motivate teams.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, line balancing, and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, set up, and optimize small build areas to maintain production flow.
• Supervise assembly room personnel; address personnel issues and PTO/timecard approvals.
• Monitor safety and housekeeping; ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Track KPIs and production data; report malfunctions and performance to management.
• Lead meetings and participate in safety committee activities.
• Coordinate materials and workflow to prevent bottlenecks and downtime.
