Job summary

Bobrick is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead alternating shifts within our rotational Management Development Program, driving production, quality, and safety improvements while developing leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate has a BS/BA (or associate degree with apprenticeship), 2–3 years shop experience, and can supervise up to 30 employees, read blueprints, and operate MS Office tools.

2-3 years of shop experience
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Ability to supervise up to 30 employees
Familiarity with machinery and production equipment

Responsibilities

Supervise employees and coordinate shifts to meet production, quality, and safety standards.
Train staff on safe and efficient operations.
Monitor production progress, inventory, and schedules.
Plan daily production and department operations.
Prepare reports for management and records.
