Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1+ year experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor team members.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering continuous improvement.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate requisitions to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Prepare and submit daily production reports with output and scrap data.
