Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing setting and will work closely with the Production Manager to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Leader/Shop Leader.
• Experience in a Manufacturing environment.
• Ability to create and adhere to production processes and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees in a manufacturing environment and implement policies.
• Lead and develop teams to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
• Record daily KPIs and summarize reports at the end of shifts.

Skills
