Job summary

Munters is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate daily manufacturing activities for Data Center Equipment and related catalog items. You will direct production personnel, ensure on-time orders, and maintain safe workflows while collaborating across departments to meet output and cost targets.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years in assembly, refrigeration, or electrical supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Good organizational and computer skills.
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in assembly, refrigeration and/or electrical as a supervisor or cell leader.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production activities and coordinate with departments to meet output goals.
• Oversee on-time completion of orders for internal and external customers.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee inventory control and issuing of production materials as needed.
• Train and develop direct reporting production personnel.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
• Interface with HR, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Purchasing, Suppliers and Customers.
