You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring optimal operation and maintenance of critical HVAC equipment to support uninterrupted data center operations and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, safety-first mindset, collaboration with project managers, and the ability to drive service protocol improvements across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years HVAC experience with data centers.
• 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing technicians.
• Deep knowledge of data center infrastructure and ops.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor HVAC field service technicians serving data centers.
• Develop service protocols and best practices for data center HVAC operations.
• Collaborate with data center project managers for preventive maintenance and rapid responses to failures.
• Maintain safety guidelines and promote safety culture.
• Monitor and optimize inventory for service vehicles at data centers.
• Coordinate with Sales/Service to highlight data center HVAC capabilities and leads.
• Participate in recruiting and onboarding activities.
• Perform field quality assurance checks.
