Job summary

Generac is seeking a Production Supervisor for an onsite Whitewater, WI shift (Tue–Fri). You will lead a production team, coordinate with planning and quality, and drive lean improvements to ensure on-time, safe, and efficient manufacturing.

The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven decisions, and ensuring policy adherence while building a capable workforce to meet capacity plans and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams and coordinating tasks.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems and MS Office.
• Strong safety, quality and productivity focus.

Responsibilities

• Direct the department to ensure safe, timely, and efficient completion of schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of production employees.
• Compile and analyze production data to drive improvements.
• Develop staff and maintain policy compliance; drive lean initiatives.
