Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on one of our shifts, ensuring daily productivity and quality targets are met
• Hire, train and direct entry-level production partners; monitor safety and enforce company safety policies
• Maintain inventory control and oversee daily production flow, with accountability for bottom-line results
