UniFirst Owensboro is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, assign tasks, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. You will manage daily priorities in alignment with schedules and coordinate with maintenance and HR as needed.

Under the Operations Support Manager, you will lead hourly staff, monitor production performance, control inventory, and drive process improvements. Strong planning, leadership, and ISO/safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or 3–5 years of production management experience.
• Strong planning and scheduling skills.
• Leadership, initiative, time management and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Directs, plans, and monitors production department operations.
• Supervises and coordinates the activities of the assigned workforce.
• Monitor production schedules, staffing and budgets.
• Ensure safety policies and ISO quality policies are followed.
• Participate in staff meetings and safety activities.
