Job summary

Tempur Sealy, Denver-based producer of leading bedding products, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a department in the production process. You will coordinate team activities to meet production and safety goals, oversee output quality, and maintain records and inventory while enforcing safety policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of supervisory experience; a bachelor's/associate degree or related certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate degree or related certification preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience required.
• Capable working knowledge of Microsoft Office and data-entry software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a specific department and team within the production process.
• Coordinate the team's activities to accomplish the established production and safety goals.
• Manage and inspect the team's output to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain time and production records.
• Estimate production material needs and manage inventory.
• Teach the team company safety policies and enforce safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the team and management to identify and implement ways to improve production and safety.
• Help to mediate and resolve conflicts within the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
