Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team in Sacramento. This management role combines hands-on responsibility with accountability for daily production flow and bottom line results on a 3rd shift.

The position requires hiring, training and directing entry level production staff, ensuring safety compliance with OSHA standards, meeting daily productivity/quality targets, and maintaining inventory control.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position, including bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting.
• Ability to set and prioritize goals.
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct the Production team on one of our fast paced shifts.
• Hire, train and direct individuals in entry level production positions.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure safety in the plant.
• Train partners on company safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Emphasize a culture of safety at the location and ensure daily production flow and bottom line results.
