Layup Parts is seeking a results-driven Supervisor for the Lamination department. You will lead a growing production team, optimize daily workflows, and ensure composite parts are produced safely, on time, and in accordance with engineering and quality requirements.
You will collaborate with Production Planning, Engineering, and Quality to resolve production constraints and promote continuous improvement across the shop floor.
At Layup Parts, we're developing the technology that will build the future.
We're a manufacturing technology company replacing months of lead time with days, using proprietary software, automation, and advanced manufacturing systems built for speed. Our customers are inventing what's next, in aerospace, defense, robotics, and beyond. To keep up with them, manufacturing has to change. That's what we're building.
You’ll lead from the front on the shop floor, working side by side with your team. You’ll optimize workflows, mentor talent, and be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Lamination department, ensuring composite parts are produced safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with engineering and quality requirements.
The Supervisor will work closely with Production Planning, Engineering, Quality, and other departments to identify priorities, resolve production constraints, and ensure parts move through the manufacturing process on time. The ideal candidate combines strong hands‑on composite manufacturing knowledge with the ability to lead, coach, organize, and hold a growing production team accountable.
