Arconic in Lafayette, IN is seeking an Ingot Supervisor to lead our Aluminum Extrusion (AEX) operation. The role directs departmental EHS requirements and initiatives while supervising shift operations to meet or exceed production, quality, and cost performance goals.

You will ensure compliance with established procedures and drive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and output, coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize the ingot facility's performance.
