Job summary

Fresh Express Salads in Salinas, CA seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee shift start-up, fulfill customer demands, and coordinate people and materials to produce finished goods in line with safety, quality, and cost standards.

You will supervise the production team, interpret daily schedules, and drive continuous improvement while supporting new product launches and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience supervising production in food processing preferred.
• Ability to interpret schedules and translate into action.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish or English/Vietnamese).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and interpret daily manufacturing schedule.
• Supervise production of all finished goods, ensuring safety, quality and cost standards.
• Coordinate people and materials to meet customer demands.
• Support new product launches and process improvements.
• Monitor attendance, enforce policies and manage labor variances.
• Review timekeeping records and ensure SOX compliance.
• Provide constructive feedback and drive accountability.
