Join to apply for the Production Supervisor - Glass Line Days role at Westrock Coffee Company.

This position is responsible for ensuring production compliance with Employee Safety, Food Safety, and Quality standards set by Westrock, the food industry (SQF), and Regulatory agencies. The supervisor will work with employees, communicate expectations, and monitor machine and employee performance with continuous improvement in mind. Operational responsibilities include RTD Production areas.

Principal Job Duties:

  • Oversee daily operation of the RTD production facility.
  • Manage personnel including training, planning, and conflict resolution.
  • Provide direction, assign responsibilities, and motivate the team to meet goals.
  • Ensure production adheres to schedule and quality standards.
  • Proactively address potential issues and adjust staffing as needed.
  • Identify safety hazards, enforce safety initiatives, and ensure safe changeovers, start-ups, and shutdowns.
  • Interpret production schedules and work orders to ensure proper materials and specifications are followed.
  • Complete required documentation related to equipment operation.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
  • Report quality, process, and equipment problems.
  • Track daily KPI metrics.
  • Follow all safety protocols, wear PPE, keep work areas organized, and contribute to safety goals.
  • Work occasionally on weekends or holidays due to production needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Associate degree in Management or Business preferred.
  • Experience leading hourly employees.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Leadership and training abilities.
  • Mechanical skills and ability to perform simple repairs.
  • Knowledge of specifications and manuals.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to pass Better Process Control School.
