Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Assign, direct, and ensure completion of daily tasks for production/department team members, including housekeeping for assigned spaces.
2. Train new team members on production expectations and processes.
3. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure only the best products reach the floor (Good, Better, Best).
4. Implement strategies to meet product acquisition, production, and sales goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
