Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring for a Production Supervisor to lead food production and quality control in our kitchen at Ladson, SC. The role includes supervising associates, ensuring proper food handling, and maintaining cleanliness across all areas.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules with shift variations. Prior supervisory experience is required, and compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour based on experience and schedule.

Job Summary

• Ensures proper storage and handling of products; uses portion, presentation and recipe controls.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including food and non-food working areas.
• Reports equipment repair/maintenance to appropriate supervisor or facility department.
• Supervises team members in absence of Sous Chef; disciplines, trains and schedules associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
